Description

HSC-SFM is a serum-free medium specifically formulated to support the development of human hematopoietic cells in culture. HSC-SFM can be used to study hematopoietic cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, or neonatal cord blood. HSC-SFM is performance-tested on normal human bone marrow. It is manufactured with components of human, recombinant or synthetic origin.

HSC-SFM consists of a basal liquid medium and frozen supplement (HSC-SFM-GS) which is added at the time of use.
